Per the terms of the Sales Agency Agreement as of the above date, participation in the Lead Generator VAR/Partner Program is available under the following wage and commission plan.

Marketing Partners

As a Marketing Partner, you will be paid a commission based on the paid subscription revenues of users who register using your promotion code.

Support Partners

The Lead Generator will pay commissions on Support Account subscription revenue attributable to the Support Partner, based on the Promotion Code submitted by the subscriber at registration, as follows:

Support Partners do not receive an hourly wage, or reimbursement for expenses.

Agents

Support Partners who maintain a minimum of 50 Support Accounts may participate as an Agent in the program. In this program, the Agent may recruit other Marketing and/or Support Agents, and receive an override commission based on their sales results. The Lead Generator will pay "override" commissions on Support Account subscription revenues attributable the Agent's Sub-Agents, and Sub-Agent's Sub-Agents, based on the Promotion Code submitted by the subscriber at registration, and the registered association of the Sub-Agent and Sub-Sub-Agent with the Agent, as shown in the table below:

Participation in the Agent program requires that the Agent maintain a minimum of 50 paying support accounts. How much you earn depends on how many Support Account subscriptions you maintain, as well as how many successful sub-agents you (and they) have who also sell Support Accounts.

In all cases, commissions are net of chargebacks and cancellations. This is the commission plan in effect as of the above date, and which will be in effect until and if any changes are announced on this page. JV/M reserves the right to modify this commission plan, as well as pricing for the Lead Generator, at any time according to the terms of the Sales Agency Agreement.
